while in utero, immediately after birth and beyond.
- All
young stock are wormed at 6 weeks and monthly there after and had their
first foot trimming at 6 - 8 weeks.
Breeding:
We are
proud to be standing Caballo Del Nino, a '97 homozygous sorrel
tobiano stallion. Caballo is royally bred. His sire is APHA champion Hes a Straw by Lucky Straw. He stands 15.1
hands and weighs 1250 pounds. He is muscular with stunning
markings and outstanding disposition. He puts good conformation,
color, pretty heads, kind dispositions, intelligence, big bones, and
long hips on his foals.
Purchasing a Horse:
By
spending countless hours with our horses, we have gotten to know their
personalities and dispositions and we use this insight to help match the
right horse with the right person. It our goal on every sale to
make sure that both parties are happy. In order to help
facilitate horses purchases, we have the following policy:
- Individuals may lease a horse at $275 per month when
making a purchase decision. If the purchase is completed, 75% of the lease
will be applied to the sale price.
This ensures that the buyer can purchase a horse they
want and feel comfortable with. Buyers may also set up a long term boarding
situation at $275 per month which includes use of a fully lighted indoor
arena, access to miles of trails, heated water buckets in winter and daily
turnout.
If we don't have the horse you are looking for, we will
help you find the right match elsewhere for a finder's fee of $50.
Financing: Monthly payment
plans to eligible persons may be negotiated when 1/2 or more of the
sales prices is paid.
Leasing:
There are in-barn leases available on several quality horses with the option
to buy for appropriately match individuals. Full lease would be $275 a
month or a partial lease would cost $150 per month.
Lessons & guided trail rides may be included with leases.
Lessons:
Lessons are available at an hourly rate of $30.
